I am somewhat new to vaping- 1 year- and I have really benefited from this forum! It is awesome to have a resource to get questions answered. I just wanted a simple setup so based on a tip from a forum member I got the ego/dmcc kit from madvapes (510 -900 mah 3.7v battery and mega dual coil cartos) and have been very happily using it for 7 months. LOVE the big dual coil mega cartos and ego combo -I don't like to tinker just fill up the cartos and go-no hassles- don't like dealing with ce2 or small cartos-or atomizers.
So far madvapes cs has been very helpful and for the most part has always taken care of any issues promptly and has even occasionally thrown in a small carto for me to sample for free- but I have had this issue from the start where a large percentage of the mega dual coil cartos I order have threading issues and will not screw onto my battery. I can't imagine I am the only one having these issues-I was once told it was a known issue then later told it was rare and unheard of-it seems it has gotten much worse lately-my last order 100% were bad and Kyle sent out replacements right away along with a free 10ml bottle of a juice I order from them which was very nice but 1/3 of the replacements had the same issue-I have been placing small orders because of this and I just got 2 more cartos yesterday and neither one will screw onto my battery-I have 2 batteries and always try on both-I have offered to skype them and demo the issue so they don't think I'm trying to scam them. I spoke to Kyle yesterday but had to get to a meeting and was unable to resolve-he was supposed to call back today but I haven't heard from him and I am down to 1 working carto-I live in a remote area (an hour round trip to the nearest post office) work from home and cannot get there during working hours when they are open. I am so busy and I just don't have the time to keep dealing with this-making PO runs to return all the defects at my expense as they once requested- make the calls -write the tickets etc...I asked them to send a postage paid envelope so I can just put in my mailbox and will return all the defects which I am still hoping they will do. Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas on why this might be happening? I actually stipulated in my notes on my last order for them to remove the packaging and screw them onto an ego and Kyle said they did so why won't they screw onto mine??? I love love love these cartos but I can't do much with them if they won't attach to my battery. I have been appropriately compensated on all but these last 2 cartos wanted to speak to someone in sales-needed to ask a few questions to buy a new kit but they haven't answered the phone in like 2 weeks. Scott and I were communicating thru the tickets and he did have someone call me which is cool but they were unable to resolve and I need to get the carto issue figured out before I move forward with any other purchases. I really love the ego 900 mah 3.7 v/dmcc combo and once I found it I thought I was set for life! Now I don't know what to do
Which brings me to the fact that my batteries are dying and I had planned to reorder the same kit but saw lots of bad reviews on madvapes site and other sites, forums etc... regarding the new hard button on the batteries not working batteries coming apart and the batts dying 2 weeks in etc... Any one know anything about this? or suggest an equally simple solution? thought about the e-power but will have to get more info on that-does anyone know if the dual mega cartos will fit on the e-power and can you charge the e-power batteries independent of the unit so you could be vaping on 1 while charging the other-really don't want to spend more than $50 on a new kit-why oh why would they change the ego battery when it worked so great the way it was? This is turning out to be a huge hassle. I wish they had a telephone support line where all issues could be resolved and questions answered- I don't know much about volts and ohms etc and what works with what and don't want to waste time and money getting the wrong thing. I really think madvapes is a good company and would like to keep doing business with them -I am not trying to be a pain-I know they are busy and I work full time and am starting a business of my own so I am SLAMMED all the time and I really don't have time for this either and no money to waste on products that won't work
I am down to one carto and need new batteries like yesterday my current are lasting under an hour -I definitelydon't want to go back to cigs -any ideas guys? I really just want to be happily
!!!!
Thanks
Misha
