Help finding three 10440 stealth box mods (single battery)

I am looking for three stealth box mods w/10440 battery and recessed 510 mount...like the one attached. No lights, but it needs an on-off switch. If you make one or know where I can get one, please let me know. The photo was made by basementcat but I guess he's out of the business now.
