So last night I accidentally fell asleep with my setup in hand. I went to open up the STM to refill for my workday and that's when all help broke loose...

I must've been pushing on the tank in my sleep because somehow the metal frame got bent out of whack. The middle o ring came out so I pulled the pyrex tube off and replaced the ring then when I tried to slide the tube back down it kept pushing the ring down instead of sliding over it. Tried replacement tube and o ring, still same problem. I tried putting it on without the ring and now the frame won't thread into the base.

Anyone have this problem and manage to bend it back in place? I haven't seen replacement frame/top pieces being sold anywhere either... Any advice at all would be great.

I have my gfs to use as reference and was going to try to carefully bend it with my fingers.

These things have very close tolerances. It's doubtful you will be able to get it right once it's been bent. It's never a good idea to have one of anything when your talking about vaping. Backups are always needed.

My Istick 30/50w, Ipv mini 1&2, 2 subtank minis, 1 nano, 1 plus all agree with you.
