So as the title says I just introduced my coworker to vaping so he's still in that phase where he'll still smoke but I have noticed he's cut back. Anyways I had given him a vision spinner 2 with a I clear tank and some bottles of 12 mg juice. Within a week he bought himself a aspire sub ohm battery with a atlantis 2 and said he was using 18 mg juice. Obviously this is too high he won't listen when I tell him to lower to around 6. He thinks it's less nic. I'm concerned something will happen

Kudo's to you for helping a friend get started. His body will tell him if the 18 is to high. He will start getting a bit queasy, maybe a bit light headed and maybe a bit of a headache. I wouldn't stress about it if I were you. You started him on the path but he has to travel it at his own pace.

You don't know his body, so to tell him 18mg is too high is wrong...
My dad uses an iStick 50 and Atlantis tank with 0.5 ohm coil. He HAS to use 18mg or he craves a cigarette still. So because you think it's high for a sub ohm setup, doesn't mean it is for the user. Don't be concerned he will know if it's too much.

Co worker of mine chain vapes 24mg on a .5 coil and I'll get nic sick chain vaping 6. I'm pretty sure just one pull on a 24mg would have me coughing my brains out...but that's just me and everyone is different. I like 3mg, another friend likes 1.5mg, another does his 24mg but it all works for each of us!

Yeah I really would not be too worried about it like everyone else has said here it is not like He will not know when to stop trust me as I have been through it. I still use 12mg at times even though 6mg is all I really need. Your probably like well then why not stay with 6mg then. Myself I like 12mg at times because I take 2 to 3 good puffs and I am done vs 6mg where I need to stand around and puff seven or eight times and sometimes there is times I do not want to stand around outside for long as its cold outside so I just use a higher nic level so I do not have to be standing around for as long outside.

I get it but feel way on the outside I can do 12 to 1.5 yes 1.5. It all depends on time of day and if the ex baby momma calls to talk to the kids, lol.

yeah, it all depends on how hardcore of a smoker he was. I ran 18mg nic in a sub ohm tank for a long time....I only needed 2 or 3 good toots and I was good for awhile. Tried 6mg in a subtank and was chain vaping constantly. Now I run 12 mg in a subtank and drip about 9mg. That might seem alot to a former light smoker, but hey, its where you're satisfied at. I do get a little frustrated at juice companies who only make 3 or 6mg juice tho.
