Hello smokinjack & welcome......

I know that Smoke-51 is offering a new disposable cigar, and I've ordered one myself to try from the Canadian Distributor thru an email as their site has yet to be updated with it.

I have not seen any reviews for it and have yet to try one myself so I unfortunately cannot give my experience with it.

I believe the Cdn Dist is selling them for $49.95 plus GST, and being they are located in QC you won't be charged PST being shipped out of province. The price also includes shipping.

If your game to try one, I suggest going to their website and contacting them thru their "contact us" tab at the top of the page to inquire with any questions and whether they'd be willing or able to sell you one in advance. The site addy is: ElectroCig.com - Your Store for Smokeless Eletronic Cigarettes

Just make sure to inquire that they DO have some left and available so not to be put in a backorder situation.

I have dealt with them at that location often, and I'm eagerly awaiting one of these to try. BTW, I'm in Ottawa.

Here's a pic of it:

You may want to read the forums a bit more before you go with smoke-51. I have read a lot of negatives about them. The other Canadian firm I would avoid is ePuffer. The customer service left a lot to be desired.

There are some links to reviews on the boards that I wish I had of read before I made my first purchase. Once you decide which model you want you can do a search on each of the suppliers that carry the model to get an overall feel for the level of service you can expect.

there is a supplier in London actually. www.tabinta.com. I haven't dealt with them, but their prices are quite good. Their "Style" e-cigarette is the very popular DSE901 type.

if you do order with them, let me know how everything is...I've never had occasion to do business with them, but I would if the service is good.

Hi All.

I'm looking for the advice of a veteran.

I'm a cigar smoker, vanilla flavor or "old port tipped" are my faves.

I'd appreciate any recommendations for vaping devices. Refillable would be my preference.

Any recommendations for reliable suppliers in Canada would be greatly appreciated

Couldn`t disagree more!!

Epuffer not only replaced my batteries before me sending them all back, they also included a bonus--(clip on the shirt ciggy holder)..

Not only have I had excellent email response // but also personal phone calls to aleviate my situation with the defective batteries.

Nice product specially for tons of vapor. but decent customer service.

Am I just lucky//the chosen one?? Or what?? They have treated me just fine!!:)

Do a tag search for epuffer and see how they have treated other customers.

Ya, looked at some of those Kate:

Wonder what kind of hot and heavy emails they sent to them?/

I dunno? Made my emails respectful and not angry. And that seems to have got an excellent response.

FYI--placed an order today to puresmoker and lets see how much I can enjoy the product. I really don`t want to hail or degrade anyone till I am able to compare?

Peace!!

I always send friendly emails when I conduct any business. I do my best to be clear and concise. EPuffer was nice enough to ignore me for long periods of time and when they did finally reply they failed to address the issue involved. I'm glad you have had a better experience with them but based on my own experience I have to recommend others steer clear.

Oh yeah...My Evo took 7 days to arrive from the UK, my Magnum from EPuffer required 12 days and they are a 30 minute drive away :)

Pardon me, but I was under the impression he was looking for an e-CIGAR and not an e-cigarette.

I'm also under the impression (from being on this forum and many others) that it doesn't matter WHICH brand or supplier you'll end up using, that many personal experiences are quite varied with the products according to their reviews, their praises, or their dissatisfactions.

This just further proves "to me" that all the products out in the market are "shoot n miss" with quality and design and are cheap mass market Chinese electronic "novelty" items at this point, that require one to investigate/educate, to the best of their knowledge, of all companies customer service and warranty offerings over thinking that one device is that much better than the other.

I figure any "prestine" designed device coming out on the marketfront inexpensively is many years down the road. And if one were to develope sooner as "elite" it would be so damn expensive that most of us commoner's would'nt be affording it, leaving the manufacturer to reconsider their approach to be financially succesful.

These forums are great to wet your toes in knowledge, learn workarounds, and share your experiences, yet any information needs to be taken with a grain of salt when considering a purchase for yourself.

That seems to be my impression as well particularly as it relates to the product quality. Having said that, there are definite and consistent differences in the reputation of suppliers and how quickly issues are resolved (if they are resolved at all).

Any new people only have to read the forums for a while to get an idea who the good guys are and who the 'questionables' are.

Thanks to all for your input. Smokumchevy is right that I am looking for an e-cigar. After giving it some thought, it really doesn't matter about the receptacle as much as the taste. If i can use cigar flavor in a dse-901 that works for me.

Again, everyone's input helped a lot and as I become more informed I will actively seek out the newb's and relate my experiences.

This forum is a godsend for smokers looking for healthy alternatives.
