I just received my orders of diy stuff from Nicotine Giant. There are A LOT of dust like things floating in my bottles... I contacted them but never heard back (my second time contacting them since they ignored my first email).
What is this? What can I do? Very disappointed.

This saddens me, I was thinking about ordering more nicotine from them.... now I question their quality. Hopefully they get back to you. Do they have a phone number you can call?

You could filter it somehow to remove particles, but I would question whether it was contaminated in other ways. Is it clean dust, or could the dust come with extras?

I tried calling as well but does not pick up. Ughhh… I ordered plus hundred worth of diy. I feel so frustrated and sick with quality of products and customer service

What is that? Meaning what's it supposed to be?
Are there floaties in everything, or just certain products?
I'm wondering if it's menthol that crystallized or something along those lines...
This is Flavourart forest fruit flavoring. No menthol. Been vaping this flavor for many years and never had this happen with other vendors. First time ordering from Nicotine Giant.

There are A LOT of dust like things floating in my bottles.

Is it just in that particular bottle, or other flavorings, too? If it's in other flavorings, too...what are they specifically?

Did you order nic base from them, too? If you did....are they in it, too? I remember suggesting that several people order their nic base from them, as I've always gotten great 100mg/mL from them in the past. However, I've never gotten flavorings from them, nor seen anyone ask about their flavorings or have problems with them.

So the floaties are in the Flavourart forest fruit flavoring. How is that Nicotine Giant's fault? Maybe contact Flavourart.

It's been rebottled by Nicotine Giant for resale. Most vendors buy flavorings in gallon size and then rebottle them into the smaller sizes they sell.

When did you first contact them?

Personally, I'd try to contact them through their own Forum Suppliers subforum, here on ECF, too. It couldn't hurt. You can start a thread there (just like you did here), to communicate about your problem, post your picture, and hopefully their representative (DIYVaper) will respond to it!

I use Flavour Art Forest Fruit... looking at my bottle now, ain't nothing floating in mine.

I would certainly question W-T-F Nicotine Giant is doing with their Flavour Art flavors. Whatever they're doing, it ain't right. They should know better.

I think you should share that photo with Flavour Art... guessing they would not be very happy with Nicotine Giant.

FWIW, I've never heard of a bad batch of forest fruit, or any other flavor, coming from FA. If that would have happened news would have spread around the DIY community like wildfire. And not just here... many other DIY sites.

ETA: I've never ordered anything from Nicotine Giant.

@CatDad - After going back and looking at the picture again, except making it much larger: It looks to me like those "floaties" are very tiny, white bits. Have you checked the liner on the underside of the cap...to see if maybe it has begun to disintegrate? All the jostling during shipment, and maybe a few shakes after you got it...could've loosened bits of it causing it to fall into the flavoring. Just a guess though. Even if that's it...Nicotine Giant needs to know about it so they'll quit using those caps/liners, and also replace or refund your bottles, IMO.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. There are floaties on flavors the most and tiny bit on vg and nicotine as well.
I shaked it, i did that bath thing, and i settled it down for awhile now. Floating stuff is now sitting on the bottle of the bottle like pulp on orange juice. This aint right for sure. I will contact and wait for their reply. Hope it goes well..

Most places rebottle flavorings out of larger containers, don't they? And a company that sells crap is a crap company. Plain and simple.

I'm still hoping the floaties dissolve.
