Help! How to fill cartridge

I just received a new kit, and they came with a bunch of atomizers and cartridges. However, the cartridge does not have any filler material (the sponge/cotton stuff) inside. How does one go about filling this? I am completely stumped Thanks in advance!

Are you trying to fill the dummy cap that came on it?There should be more cartridges in the box with filler in them.The empty one is probably just the empty one they ship with.Did it come with a manual?Also you can check out some how to videos on YouTube. Good Luck

Yeah I did fill the one that was attached to the battery in the box. After reading your post, I checked the other cartridges and you are right. I feel like a dumbass now haha. It did come with a manual, but didn't really mention how to fill it or anything.

I still have 2 packs of Resurrectors and a pack of Boges. I just wanted to try the cartridges + atomizer since I heard it had more "flavor".
