How Long Should I Store Filled Cartridges

I am new to ecigs. I am getting a Joye eGo, which should arrive soon. I plan on getting blank cartridges and filling them with juice.

My question is, how long in advance can I fill the cartridges before using them? I mean, should I fill 10-20 in advance, or just fill a few immediately prior to use?

Just fill a few... They will dry out a bit if you let them sit too long. A couple days worth is all I would do at once.
