help i cannot upload pictures

i am trying to upload pics from my computer, i can select the images to upload. but when i hit the "upload file" button nothing happens. can someone please help??
i am on a mac running Safari, and trying to upload JPG's.

Use a picture hosting site like Photobucket.
Saved to your computer, and saved to the internet are very different things.

Just post the link to the pic (direct) Note that the link is a web address, not a computer file.

put in front of the link,
and after the link.
and you will get this
