I recently purchased a 26650 Mutant mod from my local vape shop and everything was going fine, til I had to charge my battery. After charging my battery, I placed it back into the mod and the mod hasn't fired since. I'm not sure on what to do. I've spent countless hours playing around with the firing pins, magnets, and anything else that could be modified.

It's weird because it was working perfectly fine until I had to charge my battery. HELP!

Also, I posted this on reddit, but didn't receive any helpful suggestions, so I thought I would try on here.

do you have a way to check battery voltage? are you sure you didnt get a cheap battery that just crapped out? im not familiar with the mod, but does it have an adjustble center pin that might no longer be makng propper contact with your atty?

How do you check battery voltage? I guess that could be a possibility. And I'm pretty sure that my pin is making contact with my atty. My atty is flush and the pins won't screw in any further.

Mods are simple devices. Something isn't making contact. Or your battery didn't take a charge.;)
Start at the bottom.
Disassemble the switch and make sure everything is working smoothly.
Then attach the switch with the battery inside the mod and remove the top cap.
Fire the mod. You should be able to feel the switch contact hitting the battery.
If all is good there, re attach top cap making sure the center pin is making contact with the center pin on the atty.
(Don't forget to tighten your coils screws! Trust me on this. )
Fire the mod.
If everything is making contact properly and battery is charged, you should have action.

I got it to work! It was a battery problem. I guess my old battery died (RIP) and can no longer be used. I borrowed my buddy's battery to see if it would worked, and it did!

Thank you all for your suggestions and help!
Never run your batteries down to zero.
When the vape changes, swap the battery.
