ok, this is what I get for being a newbie.

I got the Triton, but damn, I should have ordered the Kanthal atomizer:

Aspire Triton Replacement Atomizer-1.8ohm 5pcs (Kanthal) [8331发热丝] - $21.00 : Aspire online shopping

I didn't know there was a difference, but it seems this is more suited to mouth to lung type of hits, like I'm used to, coming from tobacco.

I ordered Virginia Prime from House of Liquid and I'm not even sure I'm gonna put it in there, cause everything I've tried in this tank is too strong, probably because subohming is not for me. Atleast, that's my current theory.

I also expect this liquid to fsck up this Kanthal atmonizer quickly.

Also, that drip tip that came with it, was huge, to the point of ....

"We're guys and don't like to stick big things in our mouths"

I also feel there's too much air in this tank, but that's probably because I didn't order the Kanthal. I did try to adjust the air intake.

So, now I got to order small drip tips from somewhere and a Kanthal atomizer.

So, best of luck to me.
Did you take the foam packaging out of the box the Triton came in? There is a replacement coil tuck into the underside there and it is the 1.8 ohm coil.

Hehe, damn, thanks.

I thought it was a replacement coil of the same type, but I was wrong;)

It's alot better now, but I hits me a bit hard, like being dizzy when I puff on this.

I was a really heavy roll-your-own tobacco smoker just two weeks ago and I get quite dizzy;)

So, the theory now is that the nicotine is too high, for big puffs.

I've ordered a Black Note Prelude with less nicotine, so let's see how that goes.

Thanks so far..

Wow, just wow.

I got my Black Note Prelude 3mg nicotine.

I'm in heaven. I've never tasted anything this good. I've actually got nearly 50 tobacco juices in my house now, from the ....tiest crap on earth to El Toro, but once I tried this Black Note juice, I'm there, I'm in vaping heaven. Damn, I can't stop vaping this.

This is better than anything I've tasted and I just can't stop.

I've configured the Triton to give me as little air as possible to get a really tight vape and it's really good. I still would like a tighter vape, though, but this is pretty close. I think I get too much air, but I leave that for another day.

My biggest problem is the DNA40 device I have. The battery doesn't last me a day, so I basically have to vape while charging; I don't even know if that's a good thing for the battery.

So, I've looked at the rDNA, which has wireless charging and that's really cool, but I'm a consultant and I'm always on the go, so what I'm after is a device that has a really big battery that would last the whole day.

Any pointers?

Ipv 4s dual battery but probably a bit to much power if your only vaping around 20 watts my ipv mini v2 lasts me easily a day with my subtank at 18 watts but they do a version 1 which only goes to 30 watts all depends wether your gonna progress to higher wattage and lung hits. I'm a big fan of P4Us ipv range.

The problem is the DNA40 (and the rDNA40) uses a single 18650 battery. The rDNA40 also has the ability to swap out the battery for a fully charged one (provided that you carry extra batteries with you). In my experience, a single 18650 will not last a full day. You either need to go with a mod that has dual 18650's in parallel, which will double the capacity compared to a single battery but will also be a larger mod to accommodate the second battery, or go with a mod that has internal LiPo batteries, which will last longer than Li-Ion batteries, but will also typically be much smaller in size. The downside of internal batteries is that once the battery eventually reaches the end of it's useful life, you've got a paperweight and need to replace the mod. A compromise between the two is the Innokin Disrupter, which is a 50 watt mod with a removable, replaceable 2000 mah LiPo battery module. Depending on how much you vape, the battery should easily last you two days between charges. And because it is a LiPo battery, the overall size of the mod is pretty small.
