I just got my Ego-T today and tried out the Dekang RY4 and I must say I am not really a fan of it at all. It tastes too funky to me and well I'm just not satisfied with it. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to having my first ever e-cig drag and it is not as good as I thought it would be.

So I'm kinda bummed out now. I am trying to look for a Canadian e-liquid supplier because I think I need new flavours ASAP! I was so excited and now I feel kinda depressed! :( Someone please help me out!!!!!

One thing to keep in mind with those ego t atomizers is that they come with a ton of primer in them. If you don't clean it out, it will take 3-4 carts to finally get rid of that primer taste. And that will make any juice nasty.

It's a great idea at first anyway to try lots of different juices from different vendor to find what you like. Try to find some samplers so you can get a lot of options without dropping a lot of cash. Not sure of vendors in Canada but I'm sure some people can steer you in the right direction.

Good luck!!!

A lot of canadians buy the ejuice here in the us. Check out the websites that you are interested in and find out about shipping to canada before getting your heart set on just one. Here is a link to the forum suppliers listed with ecf

I know that epuffer.com is in canada but I don't know about ejuice from them. I have only ordered some hardware.

Did you make sure to clean the tank atty in hot water? If not, the "yuck" taste may be the priming fluid shipped in it rather than your juice. Check out YouTube - Volcano Tankomizer Instructional Video (an Ego clone so the process should work just as well) and follow the instructions on cleaning. :)

If that's not the case check out Freedom Smoke USA, Backwoods Brew, or NHaler for some good juices.

Hope that helps!

I learned the first week of vaping (maybe the first day!) I was no fan of prefilled carts. After a couple days of vaping on them, I was SICK! of the taste. YUK! At that time, my thought was "Yeah, cigs taste SO much better" LOL. I bought my own juice, boiled out the cartos I had, and things were so much better. I guess the best advice I found here was several people saying, you're not going to find juice that tastes like a cigarette, but after you a while, you won't care. They were right. I happen to like the RY4. I did chose it because I had heard it was tobacco/caramel flavor. I never really taste tobacco though, more caramel, but not too sweet. Once, I had prefilled carts that came with RY4 - back to YUK! Try the empty cartos.

Dekang is not the pinnacle of ejuices. But you may need to try a bunch to find ones you really like.

RY4 is a caramel vanilla tobacco and some are sweet and some are not
555 is a vanilla almond tobacco - some are sweet, some are very nutty
Desert Ship/Camel-alikes are usually somewhat nutty and a bit pungent Turkish blends - a bit funky but remind me of smokes
And there are various Marlboro-alikes etc, all different

I also like good chocolate, cocoa (not sweet), vanillas, and I do like caramel tobaccos

Look for some places with PG/VG blends and that way you can be sure you aren't buying the Chinese PG or VG. Popular ratios are 80pg/20vg, 70pg/30vg (what I like) and 50/50 - PG lets through the nicotine harshness aka TH better, VG smooths it a bit and adds more visible vapor

And don't expect to taste tobacco. Cigarettes bathe you in smoke and aroma and that is why you "taste" tobacco. The tongue can only sense sweet, salty, sour (tart), bitter, and umami (MSG). So if you have (for example) a cherry tobacco, you may have a bit of sweet/tart on the tongue and in the aroma of the vapor should be some cherry and tobacco or smoke smells. You have to let your nose have some vapor. Remember to let some vapor sometimes drift out of your mouth so your nose can catch it on the inhale.

I totally forgot about the "primer" taste. I didn't clean my atomizer and I'm not sure If I'm going to or not. I'm kind of worried I will ruin the Atomizer somehow. I'll have to look more into this. Thanks for the tip though!

Thanks for all the info SAS! Will definately look into that thread and will check out epuffer.com.

Nope! I never cleaned out the atomizer. I'm scared to break or ruin something. Thanks for video though. I should probably take a look at it soon. Might give it a try!

Use this place called juicyvapor.com. They are based in New York. Ive been ordering from them since about September and I have never had any issues with taste or anything. I love them. The primer taste can take awhile but when you need new juice consider ordering from them.
I just visited their site and talked to Brad via Skype - excellent customer service. I love the huge selection of flavours and they DO ship to Canada. I will have to do a little more digging to see if there are any Canadian sites with lower shipping costs.

You're definately right. I tried this for my first time today and my thoughts were "YUK! This is aweful!". So I want to give different flavours a try first before throwing in the towel.

Thanks for the very helpful tips. I will look into getting some samples of the flavours you recommended above. You helped me understand the different between PV/VG more, so that is greatly appreciated!

Thank you to everyone!! You're all helping me not to give up!! I feel a bit better now. Just wish I had some flavours NOW! lol

that Dekang juice is cheap enough, just put a few drips in, blow it out, and repeat 6 or 7 times. yes its a waste of juice but it should do the trick. I dont like washing mine either. If you do, just put it in really hot water for 15 minutes, then use a syringe to flush it with hot water, blow em out and dry them over night, or for 2 hours in a 200 degree oven if they are not plastic.

Yes learn how to clean those attys!! I have been using the ego t for just over a month and I can tell you the attys need pretty frequent cleanings if you want to get the most out of them. There are many threads on here with tips for cleaning but it's pretty simple. I wouldn't worry too much about ruining them from washing.

Okay so I just went to JuicyVapor.com - Your one stop shop for all your vaping needs. and contacted Brad through his Skype ID that is on the site. I don't think I've ever had any better customer service for any site online before in my life. It was instant! Better than a phone call and live chats and especially better than emails in my opinion. He was so great, that I decided to purchased 13 flavours from them, also because they actually ship to CANADA! My flavours are as follows:

1. Blueberry Pomegranate
2. Caramel Macchiato
3. Cotton Candy
4. Bubble Gum
5. Doc. Pepper
6. Cherry
7. Mint Chocolate Chip
8. Score Bar
9. French Toast (Caramel Stuffed)
10. Cake Batter
11. Chocolate Fudge Brownie
12. Banana Strawberry Fruit Smoothie
13. Cola

I'm super excited to get all of them! Can't wait!

I started out thinking "I'm just going to vape normal flavors". A big batch of stuff showed up today from a few vendors, and I've been vaping the heck out of blueberry all evening. It's freakin' delicious! You'll definitely be fired up when they show up! :D

I'm super excited already! Received a shipping confirmation today. They should be here by mid next week. Hopefully sooner! Too bad they are all 3ml bottles though. Will have to vape them very slowly too appreciate each and every drop! :)

My .2c: I really think the 555 is terrible. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch, but I just got my first bottle of it from BWB and both myself and my mother (who I'm trying to get to go 100% vape after 30 years of smoking) concluded that it tastes like a stale restroom.

The smoothest non-fruity/boutique flavor that I've tried so far is just called Coffee from e-smokeytreats. It tastes very good, and is "plain" enough to be almost like a tasty tobacco rather than a flavor. (It tastes nothing like coffee, oddly enough, heh).

My favorite so far is definitely blueberry. I've got a few different types and they're all freakin' delicious. :D I made the mistake of getting an 18Mg bottle to start out with - immediately ordered another lower nic one because I couldn't stop vaping it, haha! :D

Edit: Definitely let us know how the Cake Batter one is! That sounds awesome!

Thanks for the heads up on the flavours you've tried. I've never tasted a stale restroom before, but it doesn't sound appetising! :) :p

However, I will definately keep you posted on the Cake Batter. Cake Batter and Cake Batter ice cream are two of my all time favourite treats to have, so I'm hoping this juice will be the same.

I'm a little weary of coffee flavours because I tend to be very picky with my coffee, so I figured Caramel Mocchiato would be a safe bet.

Anyway, keep you guys posted when I get them!

Happy Vaping!

So I received my order from juicyvapor today! Super quick shipping! I have only tried out 3 flavours so far and have 10 more to try out. Below are the ones I have tried out thus far and my rating to go along with them:

1. Mint Chocolate Chip - 9/10 - It has a good minty taste to it, and it tastes/smells like the real deal. One of my favs so far.
2. Score Bar - 4/10 - It's supposed to be a version of the "Skor Bar", but I don't think its quite there.
3. Caramel Filled French Toast - 7.5/10 - It's good and I don't mind it, but doesn't compare to Mint Chocolate Chip so far.

On to try some others!

Continued............... Got to trying some more today:

4. Banana Strawberry Fruit Smoothie - 4.5/10 - It's okay but not great. I taste too much banana and the smell is weird.
5. Cotton Candy - 5.5/10 - It's okay. Has a sweet taste to it sometimes, just not quite cotton candy 100%.
6. Chocolate Fudge Brownie - 4.5/10 - It doesn't have the taste or smell that I was looking for.
7. Doctor Pepper - 7/10 - It's okay. I taste the flavour every now and then. Not consistant, but good.
8. Blueberry Pomegranate - 7/10 - It's good. Has a nice sweet fruity flavour to it, but tingles my throat too much.

That's it for now. Will probably try some more later to fill you in.

Holy cow!

Juice Vapor has 580 flavors!! And I can order in all VG!

IwontGiveUp- they have to make all their juices individually because they let you choose VG and strength percentages in their 3 ml sampler sizes. To speed up the steeping process, take all the caps off and let them sit open for 24 hrs. That will make them "ripen" quickly. I always squeeze the bottles too to make sure there isn't a bubble of juice blocking the air flow.

Thanks for the advice! I totally didn't even think of this. Will remember for the next time I order some.
