My daughter wants to try no nicotine juice so I wondered wether its ok to just fill empty carts with glycerin only and vape that?
Any advice appreciated.
julie:)

Well I filled an empty cart with a mix of glycerine & almond food flavouring yesterday and vaped away quite happily until my nicotine addiction took over whereupon I swapped carts. It does not appear to have done my atomizer any harm - just don't mix flavourings that contain oil

Tried to find info on this and tried to post in diy juice forum but wouldn't let me.
I use totally wicked 36mg juice and dilute it with glycerin to about 27mg.

Take a walk into Boots, you can pick up 200ml of Glycerol for about 80p. Looking at the ingredients list on the back of flavourings is a good way to go, although there are some threads on here covering various flavouring brands

Thanks for the tips Greenage,I'll buy the Boots next time.:thumb:

Oh dear Mr Darcy, hope you're throat's not too bad. There's lots of colds/flu about at the moment,it's hard to know the reason for it.Could be the neat glycerin, then again maybe a virus. Thanks for the reply,I'll tell my daughter and let her decide for herself wether to try it.
Get well soon.:)

There are various possibilities for those not wanting nicotine. A veteran member, BananaDoc (where are you?) smoked Bickford flavors only. No nic. He loved it. I tried that and found the flavor too strong. So I began diluting Bickford with vegetable glycerine. It takes some experimentation to get good vapor and taste. Make small batches.

Note also that tobacco absolute, a kind of special extract to give tobacco flavor, contains NO nicotine. If it's smoke taste you want, that's worth a try in small amounts. It is used in some commercial e-liquids.

Of course, you can order zero-nic liquid or cartridges. Wimpy flavor, no kick. Why? And the E-Cig "Quit Smoking" liquid is the worst thing I've ever tried. Truly dreadful taste .. what I imagine vaping my lawn cuttings might be like. Don't go there.
