Help identify this model

Hi,
This is my first post and my first e-cig. I got this from amazon, here is the link

I also bought a whole bunch of cartridges, but they are too small and they don't fit! I'm hoping somebody can help me out with a couple of things:

* What model is this? (V0, v2, v3?)?
* What kind of cartridge will fit with this model?
* Where is a good place to buy cartridges? - In Boise, ID area would be great, but I don't mind getting them shipped

Well I guess that is all for now, I'm down to my last 2 original cartridges and am pretty bummed about not getting to try the flavors I got that didn't fit

It might be an RN4081 but not sure.

You can swap the filler from your new cartridges to the old ones that fit for now until you can get some more. Even better, get some eliquid and refill the ones that fit.
