Help identifying drip tip

Is it possibly a stainless steel adapter with a delrin drip tip?

Does the drip tip come apart into 2 pieces? If not it might be one of those new hybrid drip tips

I pm'd the guy who posted the image originally but I haven't received a response. I'm guessing it's a two piece drip tip. Have a link to those hybrid drip tips?

Looks like a drip tip extender and black delrin drip tip (2 pieces):

^Didnt realize above link was basically DIY, heres the closest thing i could find, combine this with a delrin tip:
