Other things to consider are the 306 sleeve from grateful vaper - The DCA from Goodsense - and a regular old 306 to 510 drip tip adapter like this one from Avid.

Also to remember, 306's vary. When you buy a 306 drip tip or sleeve or adapter, it's good to try to find out if it will actually work with whatever 306's you are using. The grateful vaper sleeve and the 306 to 510 from avid definitely fit Cisco 306's - If you are using other 306's, then emailing the vendor about any drip tip, sleeve, or adapter before you buy is a good idea.

@kd0frg,,,

If your stuck you can always do my old 306 sleeve mod using a Delrin 306 drip tip piece and a regular blank 510 carto tube then a 510 Drip tip. This is an old one from back in 2009 I did but very effective :)

Trippytips.com offers Pyrex and there super, there happens to be a sale tomorrow evening, go to and follow the ArtGlass thread. But if you think $15 is expensive then $30 is probably out of your price tag, but these are the nicest and best on the market by far.

just what i was looking for in a nut shell, see, last time my wife left her ecigg going when she set it down, the button was depressed, and it melted the derlin tip completely haha and ruined the atomizer. So i was looking for something all metal with no plastic at all, thanks six

The 306 to 510 drip tip adapter isn't appropriate then. It's delrin. The Grateful Vaper sleeve is probably a good bet. It is machined perfectly to fit with no O-rings or anything else. Your wife will be able to use any 510 or 901 drip tip on the sleeve. So, if you have any metal, glass, or ceramic tips, it will be un-meltable.

Metal drip tips get very hot on the lips in normal use. If your wife forgets to turn the ecig button side up when she puts it down, the atomizer coil is going to burn out pretty fast. Glass or metal won't save it.

That said and yes they are plastic, but Cherry Vape Cannons ($8) are great on a 306. With the clear ones, she'll might be able to see the coil glow.

i dont know why but the atomizer still ran even with the plastic junk all around it, it didnt take long to melt that derlin drip tip haha, but it has plastic melted down into the coil and it was just a mess, i couldnt save it. The coil was bottom fed so im guessing the heat might of brought up fluid out of the bottle i dont know
