Help, I'm Stuck re Cartomizer Filling

So, I got my order in today -- first time of trying cartomizers. I saw how to fill the plastic tube 1/2 way w/juice, then push the carto down to fill. How many times do I do that, 3, 4 or more? I don't want to break anything since I've not even used it yet. Please and thank you.

i have heard that you fill it until the juice starts spitting out...there are a few videos on youtube...search for "condom method" ... i know leaford does a great video on it...

Search google for condom filling or uTube for condom filling. R U joking me? Do I really search for that? That sounds kinda sexy but nasty.

I fill up the cart condom one time then spin the carto with a metal pick down the hole and that clears the hole of any juice and gets all the juice dispersed in the filling . Hope this helps if not I'm sure their is a thread about filling cartomizers

Okay, thank you both. I did go to uTube and watched Leaford's method. So I filled the plastic halfway once, then jammed it down a little w/my dental floss stick, then filled it halfway once again, and that seemd to do it. Thanks for the replies.
