Filling cartomizer for first time

I just got a pack of blank Boge 510 cartomizers from madvapes and I am filling them for the first time.
I've seen plenty on re-filling cartos using the half-full condom method, but nothing on the first fill on a dry one.
How much juice do they take on the first go around?
I've already pushed 2 half-full condoms in one and am wondering how much more I should do?

I've never filled them that method so I can't comment on that. But I fill my boge 510 cartomizers by popping off the soft cap and dripping down the side. I put in 22-30 drops the first time, then let it sit a while. Then as I use them I top them off by dripping about 10 drops down the side when the filler material looks white and dry. Add to it till the juice starts to pool and its full.

I don't use that method. I buy soft-cap cartos and fill them as intended, by taking off the soft cap.

How I fill
Pop out the soft cap with an unbent paperclip in the mouth hole, very careful not to catch stuffing or the wire loop.
Shake and open the eliquid
Hold a bit of tissue on the threaded end hold, tilt the carto, and add 18+ drops per ml of capacity into the stuffing
Clean up the threaded end, tilt open end down into tissue, puff into threaded end to clear air channel (Boges have a defined center air channel)
Sop up any loose juice above the stuffing
Cap and let it settle - I lay it on different sides for 15-20 minutes to make sure every bit of stuffing gets damp so I won't singe the carto. if you use thicker juice than me then you may need to wait much longer.

I usually fill my Boge LR using a 1ml syringe with a 23G needle for the 1st time.
It keep up to 0,8ml of liquid.
pop out the soft cap and stick the needle in different areas of the stuffing to have a good distribution of liquid.
After i do the same as JumpSteady:
