Help me decide what to order---

I'm planning on ordering some more cartomizers next week, and in trying to figure out how much I want to spend, I'm kind of lost as to which I want to order. Really interested in COV's E2 mods, but might have to settle for the regulars one they offer, since they are selling fast and I don't think they will have any more in by the time I order. Then the Tankomizer caught my eye. I'm not sure which one I would go for, so hoping someone here can give me the pros and cons of each before I place my order.

I'm only leaning towards these 2 because there's the chance I can monitor what I vape, and in seeing the levels (sort of) be able to refill them before they become empty. I'm planning on using them on my ego pt and the 510 batteries I have.

I am currently researching information about the tankomizer; almost ordered one myself 10 minutes ago, but am not going to until there have been more reviews on it. I'm not finding a lot of reviews or information about the pros and cons at all. If anyone here can help out in an honest review, Kythcat and I would surely appreciate it...preferably more than one.
