Help me figure out what nicotine level to order

Getting ready to place my first order for a bunch of 10ml bottles to see what I like. Got flavors picked at Backwoods, Vapor Renu, Vapemasters and mad vapes.

Before I order, I'm still a bit confused about what nicotine level I should get. I smoke a pack a day of light 100s (Pall Mall lights/Marlboro lights etc). In the past I have smoked 2 packs a day of light 100s plus dip Copenhagen when I am at work. I am leaning toward 16-18mg based on what I have read. Should I be getting 11mg instead, or do I have it right already. I don't want to get sick from too much nicotine, but I want the right amount of kick.

depends IMO if you are trying to quit smoking all together or just replacing analogs with ecigs.....i was just replacing and i went from camel lights to 16mg to 24 mg and now 36 mg........if they had 48mg i would get it.......the more nicotine i get the less i gotta vape to get my fix.....

i would get a bottle of 16 and 24mg and see if you like one or the other or if you wanna go higher from there......

I went with 12mg mostly, I have an 18mg and a 24mg bottle too, but I like the 12mg. Why 12mg? During this first week (I just quit analogs 8 days ago) I have been vaping like MAD. I figure I can take a lot more hits at the lower level and not worry about getting too much nicotine. For me, that works because I have been thinking about lighting up fairly often. When that urge hits, I vape.....usually HEAVY. I've found it's a psychological game, I feel like I'm smoking when I'm vaping hard. Doing lots of hits for a few minutes makes me stop thinking of smoking.....it's kind of bizzare....but it works.

Also remember, the nice thing about vaping is chances are you can do it at work. I'm able to sit at my desk and vape....I even do it while I'm talking to my boss. LOL You gotta get off the chew too.

If you are trying to switch completely to vaping then I would strongly suggest starting at 24mg. You can always decrease the nic level but you can't make it stronger.

I smoked 1.2 packs per day of camel lights and I use 24mg liquid. If you get a bunch of 5ml, you may want to get a little lower nic. I know i got a little nic overdose from trying all of those juices that came in the mail every other day. I have not had a single analog since the day I started vaping, about 50 days ago.

I smoked a pack a day of Marlboro Lights and I use 16-18mg for the most part. 24mg and over leaves a Nicorette aftertaste in my mouth.

i've only been vaping for a month now , but i would recommend if you go with 18mg ,def get 1 or 2 bottles of 24mg incase the 18mg doesn't give you the fix you need ,and you start craving a analog.

i myself was a 2 pack a day smoker , so far i've used 24mg from the start , but i just ordered some 30 and 36mg, because i've been getting some tough cravings lately , mostly when i'm driving?

I would just get a different amount of nic in each bottle starting at 24mg and working down. I also I start with 5ml or 6ml bottles to begin with - until you find flavors & nic levels that you like.
