help me find a online shop that will allow ordering from oversees

I am rather frustrated at this point because i spent so much time researching and finally ordering then vapenw.com cancels my order!
i am currently oversees and use a vpn connection and who doesnt these days. I will order my stuff to my bro will be travelling to visit me soon.

i ordered with vapenw.com and they cancelled my order and now i am stuck for 15 days until the money goes back into my account.
working on good faith that IT WILL... i am opening a dispute with visa about this.

i need someone to recommend a good site for me that i can order from without trouble.

my list is quite simple.

on a side note; i am not gonna go bashing vapenw.com although i will warn people that they use the Riskified which is absolutely crap and flags anything thus your money will be in limbo and will have no order and no items.

nevertheless, vapordna.com also thought my order was suspecious howerver upon calling them they pushed it through and all was ok. why cant vapenw.com do the same is beyond me.

((actually this is not accurate. cause according to my credit card author the funds may go back to visa within 72 hours but then visa has to refund the issuing authority (my card issuer). so i am now stuck 15+ days))​

thats one option ... but he knows nothing about this vaping stuff and prefers i do the ordering.

I have ordered a few things off of ebay and (knock on wood), they seem to be ok and waiting shipper to ship items. just wire and cotton.
If i search ebay for these items one by one it'll be difficult ... also, with ebay how can you be sure of a product really is "new" and "not a clone"?
