So, this is what I replied"
Amelia,
Thanks very much for answering so fast!
HOWEVER: You came not even close or seem to have a clue what I am asking. Which is, why are websites who are selling certain un-popular items, i.e., nicotine products, electronic-cigarettes, etc., which are being classified now as Nicotine Reduction Therapies (NRT'S) being targeted by PayPal to refuse PayPal service to these sites. Then read my original e-mail at the bottom of this page to find out why I am so upset about this at this time!!! If you do not have the answer, please direct my inquiry to someone who does, please don't play on supposed ignorance and ask why I was having a problem with any vendor, because PayPal has withdrawn service, there WAS NO transaction. The site I needed was:
Johnson Creek Original Smoke Juice - The Best E-Liquid in the World - Made Right Here in America
Please, do me a favor and help me find out why my pay-ment partner of 11 years is no longer giving me my own choice of what I can purchase, now dictating what I cannot! This is not the American way, at least it never has been before.
Regards,
Kathy
Not very nice, but to the point?!

I placed an order with MFS last week & it when through, but today their main page says:
We have been temporarily Restricted from excepting orders Through PayPal!
They no longer allow merchant accounts for businesses that sell
Electronic Cigarettes and or their Supplies!
Their words not mine.
