I haven't tried at DNA30 yet, but the DNA20 isn't really a great sub ohm setup, a bit safer. Once you go sub ohm the DNA20 only supplies the power the device battery power available just like an mechanical, and low battery power cut off. When using above sub ohm the dna delivers smooth power till the low battery level cut the unit off. When sub ohm the power level to the coil is a constant drop just like an mechanical. May be an awkward way of explaining it. So to me, if you have to sub ohm get an mechanical, if you are just looking to try it and a large part of you vaping will be non-sub ohm you will enjoy your dna.
