Just started using Temp Control. i am using stainless steel 316

i have 2 set ups, dual coil at .26 ohms and dual coil at .5 ohms.

i can't seem to get a good setting.

if i usually vape .5 ohms at 38 - 42 watts, what would be a good setting?
and i don't even know where to go for the .26 coils.

i love not burning my wick, but my vape is either too hot or no vapor, or my mod flashes protection lol.

i'm not really understanding how to pick my settings.

Depending on the mod how well your experience will be.

Make sure the coils are spaced coils. Contact coils don't work well. Make sure the coil is at room temperature when the reading is taken of it. That is around 70 F.

Start low around 360F and work your way up until it is okay.

oops, they are not spaced!
first lock the resistance on a cold coil.i start low and work up.mabe 320f and 20 watts,i raise temp then watts, back watts down then raise temp then watts.keep repeating till you like it.

that's what i've been trying to do. maybe since i don't have spaced coils that's part of the problem? it reallly goes from not feeling anything, to way too hot to vape
