I have a friend who is having a hard time with vaping. She is using some kind of over-sized filler carto that she undoubtedly paid 4 prices for at a local rip-off shop. (I think I just felt Chris cring as I typed that LOL.) I want to get her vaping some kind of clearo. I don't think she will go for something as large as a Pro tank, so I was looking at the Stardust type clearos.

The problem is, since I don't use ego threaded devices I have never used the ego threaded clearos. And there are so many of them. I don't know what the difference is in them.

So what would you recommend from the gotvapes site in the ego threaded stardust/CE4 stuff for a relative beginner with low fiddle skills, that has replaceable heads?

I liked the stardust clearos when I used them. Occasional leaks down the center post due to some of my liquids killing the seal between the head and center post or when they got over wicked they flooded like crazy, but it could be resolved by removing the head and blowing out excess liquid/ washing center assembly (labor intensive since you have to remove all liquid to remove center assembly).

Personally I like the fluxomizers. They're 510 threaded, great performance but they're a little delicate so you definitely need the cone cover to protect the bottom where the metal is glued to the plastic. Other disadvantage is the its a drip tip (special one that seals at outer diameter and inner diameter at head of post). They're disposable and sold in packs of 5 at a fair price. If they leak down center, just blow it out and you're good to go. Leaks at glued section can happen, but usually only after some abuse.

I'll mention the Mini-Protank's also... they are eGo sized so aren't too large. They are also made with pyrex glass so they can take any e-liquid you put in them. The Evods are also really nice but don't have pyrex. These both have replaceable head/coils which can also be rebuilt if they end up getting into that direction.

Solution: Evod Glass (not the Evod 2). The benefit of the evod (or the mt3s, for that matter--except that it's plastic) is that the tank itself is protected by a metal sheath to save it from drops and such. The Evod Glass is a pyrex tank with metal around it. The evod 2 is still a plastic tank, just upgraded to dual coils.

LOL.....I think you may see us getting into personal preferences here. I, for one, do not like the taste that I get from the heads used in any of the protanks. For ease of use and great taste I use fluxos, but you mentioned wanting replaceable heads, which they don't have and are not ego threaded, but are 510. If you want ego threaded, easy to use and similar to size of stardust with ego threading and replaceable heads.....I would recommend ..

CE5 Aspire BDC Depot : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

If she is using juices that don't do well in plastic and needs glass, but threading isn't a priority....

Mini Nova-s GLASS Aspire BDC Dual Coil 3.5ml 1.8ohm - BLK [gv-AspireMiniNovaGLSBDC1.8-BLACK] - $11.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

I've used the stardust for quite a while and like them. I just got the pro tank mini and have found a new love. You would need an ego adapter for the mini but gv sells them at a very great price. My only complaint about the mini is that I have a ten year supply of stardust heads, tubes and such and since getting the mini the stardusts are collecting dust...
