help me identify this ribbon kanthal....

on the package it says "0.08x0.3mm" (i think, the numbers are the only english part on the bag...) also "22mm" 2.5 ohm. this wire is also pre-cut about 3 inches long

how can the wire be 2.5 ohms? i thought the number of wraps gives you more or less resistance..... what am i missing? im trying to get into rebuildables and this ribbon kanthal is all that i can find locally without having to drive 45 minutes to the next county(although i would be travelling to the well known Vapor Alley...)

anyways TL;DR... i have a smoktech octopus rba so im trying to find out if i can use this. can someone help me? ive looked around and cant find anything matching the markings on the wire. (im blonde under all this black hair dye and dreadlocks, give me a break haha!)

I would GUESS that means 2.5ohms per 22mm.
Number of wraps means very little, it's the total length of wire that determines resistance.
