I'm on the hunt for a new mod folks. I've got an assortment of mechanicals, an SID on the way, an MVP 2.0 that is showing its age. I've got rid of my provari and VTR..looking for something around 60, preferably able to take flat top vtc5s. I need something I can throw a tank on and just go. I may be letting my wife use the SID, so I can't rely on that. I dont want another MVP ... suggestions ? I was thinking about the vamo v5 and a mini protank 3, hassle free and i dont have to drip at work. But I'm finding all across the board prices, and I dont wanna wait on China shipping.

How is the vamo ? Anybody have other recommendations ? Feel free to suggest a tank as well...I've got an assortment of iclears, nautilus and aerotanks. Want something new. Thanks :)

Might want to look here: VW Mods - USA Vaping Supplies

Darn near China prices, but US outfit.

They also have the Tesla at a great price. Registered vendor, and the times I've dealt with them I've been very impressed with their quick service. (Although with the holiday coming up it might be a bit slower than norm. My last order was placed on a monday, delivered on wednesday.)

That is a great deal on the v5. Any idea if it's OEM or a clone?

My experience with the Vamo v5 was horrible. I used it for a total of 6 days before something inside of it fried. Never dropped it. Never had it fire in my pocket. Nothing. Then one day it just read the ohms incredibly high and wouldn't fire. If I were you I'd go and buy a DNA30 clone from 101Vape. They have a lot of colors in stock right now and only $69.99.

rounding third and heading home...
The Vamo is great. I might suggest the Beyond Vape Spire as well, it was my first mod ever (VV/VW) and has an LCD screen for easy adjustments. Before I went mechanical I used the Spire and a Nautilus tank, it never burned and always tasted great.
the spire is a sigelei zmax v5 with an extra top cap and some fancier plating. why not just get the sigelei zmax fla top v5? right at your budget and has never failed me. it is a solid build and can take any battery without hunting for different tubes. a true workhorse....
