Hahahaha glad to get you happy in my sadness :p sorry but in my county we don't have the name Katya we only got katerina and I think it's the same

Where are you? I know that sometimes we here is the US forget that " going out and getting a new one" is not an option. We throw away tons of electronics simply because its easier to replace instead of either fixing it or like in 90% of computers instead of reformatting or replacing memory etc. We just toss it. THe US is such a wasteful and many times helpless society.

:) It is. One of the many variants of the name.

I'm sorry about your mod, but safety first. I hope you have backups--if you don't, consider getting some. If you're serious about vaping, you should have at least two or three mods, an external charger (if you're using mods with replaceable batteries), extra batteries, and perhaps (a luxury) a simple ohm/volt meter.

Happy vaping!

OH wow, then you ARE in a great "vape land" THE land of many of the very best and most helpful and dedicated MODDERS in the world of vape. If you ever venture into something made to last, save your money and look up MMV ( metal madness vapors) GP Vapourart, GG, and the many amazing and dedicated Greek masters of vape.

Now, dont get me wrong, you do NOT have to spend up to 500 or more on a good regulated box mod. There are many economical devices under 50.00 that will do more than keep you satisfied. The problem is that with lower cost high manufacturing , you are more likely to get a faulty one. That is why having a back up or two is always a good idea.

The Pico is an amazing little device and its popular around the world; Greece, Germany and other very demanding vapers. For a low cost item, it does seem to be able to take a lot of abuse. Im a mechanical MOD vaper so I dont really have a lot of knowledge. I only have 4 reg devices. 1 high priced box mod by MMV, 1 Provari P3 and a couple Provari Minis I bought super cheap used. THey are all still going strong after 2 years of very modest use.

OH PS, what I was trying to say, is that expensive does not always equal long life or most importantly good customer service and help during and way after the warranty is over. Ive had great after care from the modders I mentioned.

Ive had horrible customer care from some other expensive gear too. So study, ask questions and see how well they care for their customers.

LOL, @Katya, Imeo is a genius and has been a pioneer in the technology of atomizers and gear. He just is not always the " most polite " when it comes to dealing with the few problems any device can have, especially if you are female. I have had quite the history with him since I started 5 years ago and because of his temperament I do not have any of his gear any more.

Hello guys, I am new to vaping and I decided to buy a kangartech subox mini kit to start with. My huge problem is that I charge the battery and while I use the vape and click the button to vape it suddenly goes off. To solve this I take the battery out of the pins, put it back take a few hits and then it goes again off. Please help me guys I am really sad ... :(
What's the resistance of your coil showing? Wouldn't hurt to replace it in case it's the problem, shorting, etc.

I know. He's... well, difficult. But I used to follow his threads, especially at the beginning of my vaping journey. Never said a word, though.

And the voice of reason... We got so off track with the battery being charged or not , forgot that it could be that the coil has been in use for 3 months and is at its end of life.....

Thanks David for adding and finding the cause and simple and obvious fix :)

Did you try letting it fully charge?

Did you change your coil in case its just worn out? Dont know how long you had been using that one. Even if its new sometimes there is a bad one in the bunch.

Is the ohm reading consistent? Because if its loose it might not be enough to be read as a short but enough to make it cut off when it does.
