Help me question about charger

Guessing you have 18650 batteries?
My guess would be that it depends on if there are any additional safety features in the charger (like overcharge protection). I don't have anything that uses those batteries, but I do know that's important on other charger types. I have one charger that just charges for a certain amount of time (regardless of how full the batteries already were when you put them on) and another that reads the charge level and only charges till they're full. I definitely recommend the latter for any rechargables that I have used (but as I said, I have no 18650 experience).

Do you happen to know the model number for the Tenergy?
I know a few online vape shops sell a Tenergy branded charger as an option, and I've seen them mentioned in use over at the CandlePower forums so it's not unheard of. I'd say as long as it's rated for Li-ion batteries go for it since it's the quickest option available, but meter your batteries as they come off of it to be sure. Also, make sure you buy an extra backup charger the next time you purchase a good full time unit. Remember, backups for your backups!

The tenergy is what Provape sells with the standard Provari starter kit, so it can't be a bad choice. I have one and it worked fine. But I also have a Xstar VP1 which is one of the best.
They should, or you can even get them at Wally World if need be, you're looking for a multimeter to be specific. Referring back to the CandlePower forums, they tend to suggest the Equus Innova brand from Wal-Mart, or the Cen-Tech 7 function from Harbor Freight. And yeah, I spend a lot of time browsing CPF's stuff because they've been at li-ions a lot longer than we have.

Hey Klutch, call the battery store and ask. I am sure they are beginning to get schooled on vaping batteries by now. If he cant answer, ask if anyone who works there knows more about vaping chargers.
