Help me reduce 18mg...

...to 14mg nic or so. I have 18mg from V4L, and I'm going to cut it with the USP grade VG that I just purchased a little while ago. I need to try to get to the bottom of my issues, and if this works I can at least narrow it down to two things: I either need reduced PG or lower nic. I'm not sure how what the ratio is to reduce it, though.

for each 4 ml add 1 ml of you vg this should be 14.4

I also found this ejuice recipe calculator link here on the forum for anyone else who might need help. Since I'm only adding VG and no flavoring, I just set the flavoring to zero.
