Hey all,
I haven't smoked but maybe 10 cigarettes my entire life. My nicotine fix was dip. I haven't dipped in a month since on blu disposables which I like but suck at the same time too. Battery life is terrible and bought one that never worked. But when they do work it is very enjoyable. I want an ecig that looks like a cigarette and can fill your own liquid. I love the cool look factor of blu. I hate the look of these clear, colorful and bulky vapors. Anyone recommend an ecig that looks like a real cig but can fill your own liquid and is rechargeable? Thanks in advance

Hey jasin, Welcome aboard.

sadly most of the cig like battery set ups will have a lack luster battery life and be disappointing. most find a happy medium with a ego style setup . about the same size as a sharpie and when using a ego-c style its sleek looking and and they do offer flat black instead of just those clear or colorful options. Joyetech Joye eGo-C Starter Kit | Joyetech eGo-C E Cigarette

the evod kit is also nice and can be found here. http://www................../Evod-Starter-Kit_p_254.html

hope these help you out

Hey! I started out with one of these cheap little kits.

Ego Battery Starter Kit w 2 Evod Battery Clearomizer Ego Case | eBay

That way I wasnt throwing away a ton of money if I didnt like it. Its GREAT. It functions well, the replacement heads are cheap and easily available. And its 100% upgradeble. I'm probably getting a vivi nova in the near future for a new tank, I would also like to upgrade to a vv battery. But its a great starting place. The kit I linked to comes with slightly bigger batteries than a lot of the starter kits, and I really liked that it comes with a case.

I've only been vaping for a couple of weeks, but this has been a great little starter kit.

If you're sure and adamant about a cig-a-like ecig, I would HIGHLY recommend halo G6. I personally started out with the v2 ultimate kit, and while that was superb in helping me kick off the analogs and start vaping, v2 is very very expensive (but reliable!). Halo's been known for GREAT performance, and it's far more affordable, especially when it comes to getting backups and replacements like the batteries. The only thing that really bugs me is the battery life, (i personally go through 4 full batteries a day while being conservative with my vaping), there are 2 options:

1) get multiple spare batteries like I did. I always had 5 on me. but that's costly coming at 14 a battery at least.
2) get a portable charging case. v2 has one, but that's pricey although it does come with the ultimate starter kit. I havent seen any G6 PCC, and i'm not sure if you can use other brand's PCC for G6.

Having said all that, as someone who's gone from blu to v2 to ego VVs to a mod, as much as i understand that the cig-a-likes are a very familar form factor especially for someone first making the switch, I highly HIGHLY recommend going straight to a ego-c or even between, an ego-c twist OR vision spinner (both VVs). I know it sound. Feel free to check this out: http://www.myvaporstore.com/Vision_Spinner_Joye_Ego_C_Twist_Combo_p/vvs-c.htm I personally thing it's the best starter kit. 2 SOLID ego batteries, and 2 evod tanks which I absolutely love + charger

ps. Welcome to vaping!!!
