Hi,

PLEASE HELP

i purchased a mini protank copy from zainy (i have been using evods and wanted to try the concept )
Rebuildable pyrex glass trophy tank mini protank atomizer - Zainy - Electronic Cigarettes

I was surprised to find out that the coils (that look like standard evod coils) are actually different from the standard evod coils
(a slimmer bottom end and more screw threading)

my question is : :blink::blink: does ANYONE know these coil models and where i can purchase them ?:oops::blink:
(5packs) Coil head for glass trophy tank mini protank atomizer - Zainy - Electronic Cigarettes

(Zainy , of course, did answer these questions sent to her - but just pointed me at the option to purchase replacement heads at her site ... which i dont want to do , im running out of coils and i want to purchase from a place with fast delivery - not 30 days like zainy)

(and btw. I dont understand how there is no note anywhere that this priduct does not use the standard heads ...)

The head on left is the standard one for mini-PT 2's and I believe also used for PT 2's. I compared visually with one in hand. You should be able to purchase from most anybody who carries Kanger (B&M or online). Just take with you to the local vape shop.

 "That" sure ain't no ProTank, those aren't ProTank coils so it doesn't surprise me that real Kanger coil assemblies don't fit. It's a knockoff, and very disingenuous for it to be referred to as a "Pro Tank." (Do notice their use of a space between "Pro" and Tank" in the name on the box...)

Sorry, you got schnookered. Either buy more coils from that place or suck it up as a learning experience and get a real Kanger ProTank from a reputable vendor to replace "it". I haven never seen that coil design any place else.

No, the picture doesnt really show the dis-similarity with the evod coils ...

(i have many evod coils - and 2 EVODS - and ive compared the zainy coils with the evod coils and they are totally different in size and threading ... )image.jpg

Thanks, I stand corrected. Comparing authentic with photo doesn't reveal size difference. Easiest difference to spot looks like threads where the head screws into base (i.e. w/air holes).

Good luck to OP.
