Help: My order is shipped to Australia..I am in US

This is frustrating..
I placed my order on 3/21 (Order #31119) and was shipped on 3/23. I was checking the status at the EMS site with the tracking # provided by Health Cabin. It says:

Perhaps they gave you someone else's order tracking info. Use your order shipping email from HC, reply to it with this information that you posted, and you will get a quicker reply. Best of luck, Scott

I am very sorry that we did send your order to a wrong country by mistake. we printed the wrong country in the EMS label. we will resend your order via EMS today and send you a free 10ml ejuice as a compensation for the delay. we appreciate your understanding
