The last line says at 1:31 p.m. the package was delivered in Xiamen. That means HC has already received the second shipment back to them.
Yes. They responded and claimed a refund will be issued within 24 hours. I will update here whether I got the refund as promised in 24 hours or not.
Put back China airmail shipping. I have been getting stuff from China recently by other companies by regular airmail and it comes in less than two weeks. EMS from China is not worth the problems you are having. If you offered the registered airmail shipping I would have received my order by now and you would not have had to refund me, nor pay for EMS shipping twice for nothing.
I can confirm I use other Chinese vendors which use regular Chinese airmail and no problems.

Kind of easy really, anything that isn't liquid let customers use China registered airmail, for liquid don't let them.
Can't ship Li-Ion batteries also. Currently against International Postal Union rules due to many incidents of Li-Ion batteries venting and or exploding during transport. New rules are being worked on.
A little disappointed with my current order I had to pay extra for the postage EMS was the only option, just been told that the package was returned to HC, There was no e liquid/batteries in this package, I will not order again until regular China Airmail is up and running, silly to pay extra and still take longer to get the package Order was placed on 12th Nov and it has just been re sent from HC

The resent package was will most likely be returned to HC as mine was. You should have just demanded a refund. I made the mistake of letting HC talk me into having them reship it. Guangdong security seems to have a hard on for HC right now and blocking a lot of their EMS shipments for no reason that anyone knows.
I didn't get a choice they just re sent it. If it is returned to them this time then I will ask for a refund. Sad as I have always used HC with no problems until now.
Yes, but did you ship by registered airmail before. HC has a big problem with EMS. If you had tracked the package yourself you would have had a choice. You could have seen when it was going back to HC the day before they got it and then told them to not reship it. You have to be proactive tracking shipments. I saw that mine was coming back the day before HC got it but they convinced me the second time would go "smoothly." Well that was not the case and the second time went worse than the first time. The first time the package got returned to them a week after they shipped it. This time it took ten days for the package to get returned to them. I finally got a refund. Don't order from HC until registered airmail shipping is restored.
Also, did they give you a new tracking number? If they reshipped using the same tracking number to save money, the package is no longer trackable as EMS believes it was delivered when it was returned to HC. If they did not send you a new tracking number, do yourself a favor and get the PayPal dispute process started asap.

Yes I have always used registered airmail until now. I was tracking this package and no where did it say it was returned to HC. They have re sent with a new tracking number so I will see what happens this time. No need to start a dispute at Paypal, they will refund if I don't get my package.
