I'm writing here in an attempt to get some sort of communication from Madvapes as the communication I sent to them through their website has not worked.
I ordered a $20 Vision battery that broke the first day I used it. I was not happy to say the least. I've been vaping off Totally Wicked's batteries for a year & at 15 bucks a pop they still work. Was hoping I would receive an even better battery for that price but it is ridiculous to charge $20 bucks for a battery that fails the first day. Upset I demanded my money back, including tax & any shipping fees to return it. Received a whole lot of nothing. Mind you, these batteries have a 30 day warranty. That doesn't mean a whole lot when there is zero effort made to reply to your message you've sent them directly via their website. And I've been waiting patiently for 2 weeks to hear back.
Cut to today: my husband ordered 3 50 ml bottles of Top Banana juice, our favorite that we've ordered & enjoyed numerous times, one for me, one for him & one for our friend. When we opened it we noticed the color was off, very light in color compared to the many bottles we received from them in the past. We didn't think much of it at first, attributed it to a change in formula. But after all three of us vaping the juice for 24 hrs we've all come to the same conclusion: there is not one iota of nicotine in our bottles. We went nearly crazy today from withdrawal despite vaping their juice all day. All it took was a few puffs from a different juice to realize this fully. The bottles' labels all state 24mg of nicotine but I assure you someone at MadVapes made a mistake.
Now after my awful experience with their hardware & receiving NO REFUND OR COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER, I don't know what to do about this botched batch of juice I received & am really hoping posting here will get both of my problems resolved. This is $60 of our money we gave to Madvapes in good faith & we've been sent unusable products in return. All I want is my money back on the battery & the nicotine juice we ordered replaced with juice that has nicotine in it please!!
