Gawd. You have my sympathy.
PerfectVape sells in bulk. If they won't ship to Indiana it will say so when you fill out your order. I don't see where Indiana is prohibiting delivery of eliquids or vape devices, but they have stringent labeling requirements that might deter some sellers from dealing with it.

Indiana here. What are you looking for mainly? Most still ship here. The only hang up with some companies is the 3rd party shipping not having an assigned carrier for the state. Unless you are trying to get around adult signature required....then options shrink quickly

@Monkerfish Go to Heartlandvapes and use the contact form to ask them if they will ship their bulk eliquid to Indiana. They ship nicotine base to certain states only (but they don't publish the list of states) so I take it the same goes for their bulk eliquid.
Ultimately DIY is your only path to vaping freedom. Nic base is all you need to hoard as PG, VG and even flavorings will be available no matter the political/legal environment. So all you need to hoard is nic base and you'll need glass bottles and freezer space. This is the reality of vape in 2022. Obviously you could hoard pre-made ejuice, but that will usually take up more space and proper storage depends on the flavors of the juice, so nic base and DIY is the best option since it's quite clear at this juncture that nic base stored in glass in a freezer seems to be a solid long term solution.
