I got a DSE 901 from PS and TrueVapor. The one from TV has a slightly larger air intake hole and the atomizer seems to run little hotter than 901 from PS (so, it generates a lot more vapor with the same "pull"). The 901 battery from PS, though fits the 901 from TV, seems little smaller.

I was just wondering which one is which (RN, DSE, the "new" DSE). Both work fine. Just curious. Are there any benefits for one over the other?

RN4075 = Puresmoker
DSE901 = ???Not sure what TrueVapor carries, but if you look in atomizer threads by the hole it should have SLB if it is a true DSE901.

I prefer the RN4075

Your unit from puresmoker is the Rn4075, the truevapor one is the original DSE901

In most cases, the RN4075 burns hotter, sounds like you got the reverse. The other way to tell them apart is be the serial # on the battery and atomizer connectors The true DSE will read SLB**** and the RN will read SH****. The other way is to look at the size of the wick. The DSE will be narrow and very pointy, the Rn will be wide and flatter.
