Dual coils are tough on the smaller batteries. Do you have a single coil anything to test out to see if the spinner does the same thing?

I have this plastic, disposable Tsunami tank I picked up for "in desperation" backup. That would be single coil, yes?

The Spinner is 1300mah. What should I have for the Aerotank? Or vice versa, what should I have bought for the Spinner?

should be single coil yes :) Give it a whirl and that will tell you if it is battery or tank. If you get the same flashing its battery, if not its the tank.

Dual coils mean if it has a resistance of say 2.1 Ohms there are actually two 4.2 Ohm coils working in parallel. It can be taxing on the batteries in pen sized devices to power them. The larger devices like MVPs or mods that take 18350 and 18650 batteries can boot out that extra power no problem, but its a lot to demand of the little batteries they afix inside the smaller devices.

Anything single coil will give you much better performance (and personal opinion, I tended to prefer single coil clearomizers) look into the T3Ss like LisaR mentioned, evods or evod glass. All pretty simple good performance single coil and inexpensive :)

We have an answer already. The first 2 hits were fine, but it flashed on the third with the plastic disposable.

So did I get a bad battery?

I guess the Aerotank wasn't the right choice for me yet. I will get some Evods or T3S's.

It may just be the charger as mentioned earlier in the thread, I have smok winders and they thankfully didnt have this issue. Rodeorat gave a link to fasttech to get a charger that wont give you the same grief. Did you buy it somewhere local? If so they should carry the right charger for only a few bucks.

Is your ego-t still working in the mean time?

Actually - just in case the aerotank ran your battery down, see if it will take a charge and if the charger lights up properly and indicates once the battery reaches full charge. Cant hurt to do this before buying a new charger.

I just got this yesterday and paired it with an also new Aerotank mini.

The battery keeps flashing every other hit. I first had it around 3.7v. I thought it might be flashing because I was drawing too much power? I turned it down to about 3.4v but its still doing it.

I think the coil in the Aerotank is 1.5ohm?

What am I doing wrong?

Never mind just saw you had an answer. Coil drawing to much from it.

If it helps at all - I've done WAY worse for vape-barrassment! I took an evod off a battery flipped it upside down and filled the base of it with juice...and mostly my lap...always helps to actually OPEN the tank before filling :)

LOL, when I first switched to T3's from CE4's, I kept unscrewing them from the battery, turning them over, then just filling the base with juice. I'd be looking down into the tank and wondering why it wasn't filling. So I'd squeeze harder... until I felt the juice run down my fingers. Oops, forgot a step! I actually did that more times than I care to admit!

I use an ego twist C, and sometimes my spinner with the aerotank mini and it works fine. It does go through some liquid pretty quick. I prefer my two protank II's with single coils though. I added the aero sleeve to them.
My coils on the mini are 1.5. Thinking about getting some 2.0's or?
Glad you go it figured out my friend. ;)
