I received this mod from a friend who bought it new and couldn't get it working and I am well versed in electronics and am scratching my head on this one I wantto use the mod but with or without an Atty installed it just says atomizer short how can I make it work and quit giving me this message thanks for all the help in advance

I have used 17 different attys and every build thought of between .5 ohms to 2.7 and I get the same response with no Atty on the mod so tell me how is it the Atty its not
Oh, my mistake, thought you said without an atty......I have a few of them I picked up on clearance and don't have it with me at the moment, but you might raise the pin on the 510( that's the contact point on the mod, not sure if it's adjustable though) if not adjustable then possibly the post/pin on the Atty is not long enough.....some starting points
very strange, I'll crack one open tomorrow and play with it and try to help you if you don't get it resolved by then
