The Cerberus rda is kind of a three coil or nothing, would be tough to get a single or dual to fit and/or hit properly. Looks like another trip to the vapor store for a new rda. Or maybe I will rebuild my Mutation x v1 to a .5 or higher. Had a thought though. I see the god mod as a means to fire higher ohm coils as quickly and as hot as a sub ohm on a mech. Anyone else see it like that?

Absolutely; several people have brought it up over the last few months.

The high wattage box multibattery mods allows people to get high power on the thinner gauge multicoil, instead of using thicker and thicker wire.

I fired my god mod at 180w with dual 24g, I think it was 12 wraps and 3mm diameter @.5-.6 ish. Used the Big dripper atty, 180w sucks the cotton dry fast!

5w to 7w ? I just turned mine down to 5w...using the Atlantis. No vapor whatsoever. ..I don't see how that's going to heat up big dual coils?

I'm not using big coils,,, Im using 3 small micro coils, and between 5w-7w I get nice clouds and super flavor,,, pics below of my Onslaught build, it's really a super vape, 7 turns of 30AWG K-1 around 2pcs of 2mm silica,, I get better flavor from Silica as well over cotton, just my personal preference,,,

I currently have a Cerberus 26650 RDA sitting on top of my god mod. Triple coil 9 wraps of 30awg kanthal around a 2.5 mm jig, clocks in at .85 ohms. Can't even get vapor below 30 watts, best vapor for me with this build comes at about 90 watts and 8.7 volts. I have bumped it up to about 120 watts just to try it, little hot and spit juice. Planning on getting my hands on a magma RDA to try with dual coils, like the design of the non centered positive post.

Also forgot to mention, I have had no problems with the smaller wire. I do not build nano or micro coils with the 30 gauge, usually 2 mm or bigger non contact coils which I am wicking with plain old organic cotton. I have some 32 gauge coming today to play with, since this Cerberus is not a build that I am used to yet, and have still to find that "sweet" spot.

I'm using a Steam Angel Dark Horse RDA with 12 wrap dual coil 24 gauge Kanthal around a 1/8th drill bit coming in at .51 ohms. Can fire from the low end 40 watts all the way up to the 180 watts with no problems. Loving this God Mod. Seem to like it the most around 55 watts. When I want to blow bigger clouds I jump it up to 65 watts. Getting it to fire was a little bit of a pain. That 12 wrap coil was saying low resistance and it was. However just by putting the drill bit through the coil and manipulating it around I got it to work. Bringing the coils closer to the posts was what seemed to do it. I did it with 2 sets of coils so I know the maipulating thing works. I have version 2 of the God Mod. Once its set right its really great being able to change your voltage and wattage to what you want. Gives you a lot of different vaping scenarios.
