That mod appears to need batteries capable of providing 25 amps to run safely at all power levels. If your Samsung batteries are the INR18650-25R then they are only capable of 20 amps. I'm not aware of any high drain safe chemistry battery that could provide 25 amps and 3100 mah capacity, so I would stay away from those for sure. Sounds like you need a set of Sony VTC4 batteries to safely use that mod. I strongly suggest you read this:

Your batteries are unsafe.

You need 30A Continuous Drain batteries for that mod. There are only 3 that you can safely use with it.

Sony VTC4
Orbtronic SX30
Xtar 30A

That's it. Any other battery is unsafe to use in that mod. It's designed to draw up to 25A from the battery and the batteries you are using are just 20A, and the battery you're thinking about is just a 10A. You're essentially vaping with a pipe bomb right now.

Just an FYI:

The power settings for all GOD mods (the 180 that I own, the 180s and the 260) are split into two settings: 80w or less (normal mode) and over 80 watts (super mode). You need to manually activate the high power mode in the settings to go over 80. When you do select the 'super mode' a warning appears on the screen stating that 25a continuous drain batteries are required.

I'm not sure about the 260, but as a test I did try to switch to 'super mode' on my GOD180 with 20 amp batteries and it would not allow me to make that selection.

Edit: Here's a pic:
