Help - new to cartos

I have always been a dripper. Recently a kind ECF member sent me 2 IKV 510goldV2 cartos. The first one had a drip tip, with the white filler pushed down into the atty. I loved it and am on my second week of use. The second didn't have a drip tip, but the white filler is all the way to the top of the atty. Do I push the white filler down, fill it and attach a drip tip? If so, how far do I push it?

I know this is a pretty dumb question, but I was surprised to see the filler all the way to the top.

I think I found the answer to my question.....the white part is not the filler, it's a plug, right? So if I want to use a drip tip, I remove the plug and drip onto the filler.

Hi Rar,

Many folks don't use the drip tips. They either remove plug, drip, return plug, vape. Or use what's called the condom method to fill them and never remove the plug.

In my mind the DT is the way to go.

So they put the lips directly on the carto? That doesn't sound comfortable. I've been dripping since i started vaping, so this carto stuff is pretty new to me.

It's to keep juice from going into your mouth. If your using a drip tip take it out.
