Shouldn't have problems getting ingredients for 0mg liquid. All you need is PG, VG and flavorings. Unless you are talking about the other type of 0mg which also contain tobacco.

PG gives you Poo gas.
For a harsher throat hit, nic base does that.
Damn right! Pg just carries flavor better, it DOES NOT give TH.

Verification will take a few days. Mine took 7-8 days if i remember so be patient. 
I'm looking for a simple and low cost dripper atty (dunno if thats the right term) for trying out DIY juices. Which will be a recommended one? Thanks in advance

Why don't you buy the smallest quantity of liquids and try it out to see if you like to DIY, then next time, you can order more quantity.

Get the strawberry flavor from wizardlabs.us. Also get some syringes and drip bottles from here too.
Download the calculator software (tool) somewhere from this board.
That should be enough for you to start. Make sure to read a lot from here before you mix and vape, especially the amount of liquid to mix. Please remember that you do it at your own risk.
