HELP! "One or more items cannot be shipped to your location" error message.

Hi,

I've been trying to place an order for a Buzz kit and some attys but I keep getting an error message when I select my current address. This is my fourth kit (order) and you have shipped to me before at this address. Why am I getting this error?

No problem , this happened when we moved to new software , only some addresses got mixed up thank god !
