Help Orchid 4!!

I have had my orchid 4 ( Tobecco)for awhile now and I melted the insulator on the deck and ordered some new ones from 101 vape and got the 510 insulator out but now I can't get the insulator out from under the deck. I have tried everything to get it out. I tried pushing the pin it and it won't budge. I have tried turning the screw that is in it and it won't turn. How do you remove the deck to put the new insulator in. I really need some help. I'm killing my poor fingers trying to get it out.

Thanks for the reply. I know you can get them from fastech but din't want to wait 1 month or so. That is why I purchased the insulators. So hopefully somebody will be able to tell me how to get it apart. I have seen other say about replacing them so hopefully somebody that has done it will chime in

I looked and they didn't have anything how to get the insulator out, but my hubby came home and finally got it out and I now have a new insulator on my deck. I'm so happy he got it off. We only scratched the first deck up a bit but nobody will see the inside and he did a great job on the 2nd one. I just love my orchids
