Help ordering please

I have tried for the last 30 minutes to place a order with no luck so perhaps someone here can help. I keep getting card declined cause "PURCHASES NOT ALLOWED FROM THIS COUNTRY" I'm in the US and I'm on the US site. Paypal has my addy listed as US so I'm lost. I've order from them before without any problems so I'm not sure what's wrong this time. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks

I could not get the CC section to work last night either. It said the same to me. Paypal worked fine though.

I wish I had money in my Paypal cause I still can't get my payment to go through. I sent them an email so hopefully they'll be able to help me.

Ty should be able to take a payment over the phone if that will help.

Thanks for the reply. I had my friend try her card and it went through fine. I figured I could work something out with you guys today but I was to impatient for that Hopefully I have better luck with the mail system this week. I always start to get excited when I have something headed this way. Take care, Denise
