Help, pcb assembly for okl2

Was hoping somone would understand this by looking at it. The bottom part with the saftey switch is were i get confused. Is this a negative logic okl2? Does this set up make sense?

Yeah it's a negative logic because the n-fet and 1k resistor are on the board.

This may be helpful its a indepth build video done by advicevice who owns noname box mods. He is a very good builder.
