I am building a okl2-t20 in a 1590g box and Im limiting myself to just the chip,POT, battery sled, momentary push button and the 22mm v3 low profile from fatdaddys. I am curious cause I already have one I bought and it works great and haven't had any problems with it however I know that on an unregulated box mod that the reason for having the mosfet in the box is so if you are using a firing switch that isn't regulated for 20a it keeps it from being fried. Having said that,If I am not using the mosfet in this box do I have to use a firing switch regulated for 20a or does the chip itself carry the load for me like it has its own built in undervoltage protection cause there are like 3 different kinds of momentary push buttons online that all look alike but have different ratings. I already bought the 2 that are rated for 20a but was curious if I could go under that with this board and build cause you get them a hell of a lot cheaper lol. The build roughly is

I know it works cause Im using it right now but this is the style pushbutton I got to go with it Amazon.com: 12V 20Amp Black Round Head SPST Momentary Car Push Button Switch 2 Pcs: Home Improvement can I go to a lower rated switch or is this the required.I know there are different styles but I just like the stiffness of this button don't need a master switch and it isn't easily set off its what my current box has and it works well. Any help would be appreciated.
