Help picking out a VV / Twist Battery

I bought the Ego from smoktek just to get started and I'm ready to step up to variable voltage. I'm wanting to stay with a 650 mah size and in the $20-30 range. smoktek has some, smokeless image has the volts. Just looking for recommendation on vendor and/or model or whatever. Hoping to order tonight or in the morning and hopefully have it by Friday.

The Volts (and VOLT Spinners) from Smokeless Image DO NOT have the same threading as JoyeTech Twists or VISION Spinners. Sorry for the shouting, but I think SI did customers a disservice calling their vv device a "Spinner." There's nothing wrong with the company or the device, but it doesn't have 510/eGo threading so you can't put devices like EVODs or Protanks on them.

I strongly recommend ego or 510 threading. Strongly. A very large majority of "toppers" will fit as the threading of the screw is the same.

I like Discount Vapers, too. I think he's got JoyE's and Clones -- and he tells you that in the descriptions.

I started with the eGo C Twist 1100 but just got a Vision Spinner 1300 and am loving it paired with the Protank.

(myvaporstore has a really decent price on it and they ship super fast.)

I know you said you wanted to stay at the 650 range but here is a 1100 for a great price plus the site is very awesome to deal with and their juices are super super super popular, cant beat their prices on juice either.

You should really think about getting a bigger battery man, 650 is fine but i really think you would enjoy the bigger batteries. that Smoketech Ego Winder VV had great reviews at mtbakervapor.com that what made me decide to buy it over the twist and other brands. I bought a C Twist battery locally, and like the vape it can produce much better than a standard battery. Even though it's a hair longer than what I've been using, it doesn't quite make it through the day on a full charge.

I have a Smoktech Ego Winder. It is ok. The threaded area is loose, and it is hard to see the red pointer on the twist in bright light. I notched the twist, so it was it was easier to read. I got one of those sleeves to keep the head from being loose.

I have one Twist and two Spinners, and they both work well. But I prefer the Spinner, because I like the knurled knob (it's easier to grip) and I prefer the markings on the Twist because they are easier to see, especially in direct sunlight outdoors or low light situations.

The Vamo seems to be worth its weight in gold around here, enough so that I bought one myself and totally skipped the eGo line-up, went right from an 808 cigalike to the Vamo..can't comment on it as it's still in transit to me but it's definitely a great piece of kit, look up some reviews on Youtube, this is the one that sold me: A PBusardo Review - The Vamo - YouTube
