Help please! First time user

I'm so confused.. My joye 510 just arrived in the mail and I'm not sure what to do with it..

This is the one I bought:

I opened the cartridge attached to the atomizer and it's completely empty.. One of the packet cartridges I opened has some kinda foam stuff in it that is wet.. Does this mean it is pre filled? And am I meant to not use the cartridges that come attatched with no foam inside them?

the empty cart was just to keep the atty moist. you can toss it or put some of your own filler in it. did you buy juice as well? you should blow out the primer that is currently in the atty and then drop a few drops of your own juice on to the bridge you see in the atty. then put on the pre filled cart and vape

If it is empty (no filler material) don't use it. If it has a "wet" filler material then it is a prefilled cartridge. Spend some time in the general discussion forum reading.

Yes, the carts with the filler, is wet with the nic juice, stick it on the atty and vape away.
I'm assuming the batteries are charged?? When you press the button (manual battery) you should
be able to take a slow smooth draw of vapor.

madcap, the cart with the foam stuff that is wet is most likely a pre filled cart. Place it on the atty and press the button and take slow drags off of it. This is assuming you have charged the battery already.

Ok sweet it seems to be working... I bought some juice too so do I just refill one of these pre filled cartridges after vaping it?

Yes. After you've vaped the pre-filled empty, just refill it. Drip about 10 drops (slowly) right onto the filler and let it soak in. When it's full it will look like a slushy on top. If it pools up, it's a little too full. Soak it up with a paper towel until it looks like a slushy, then you're good to go again.

yes just add a drop at a time to the cart letting it absorb until it is full.... dont overfill though. You can also add a drop directly to the atomizer to give it a good boost

Here's an oldie but goodie by Steve of PureSmoker. [Steve demonstrates using a much longer model (and larger cartridge) than your 510, but the process is the same.]

Another thing you can do is use the empty cap for dripping. you can drip 3 drops onto the bridge and put that cap back on and vape it. You get 4-6 draws off of it. If you have a manual ecig (no button) be careful not to flood it. If you have any doubt, pull the atty off, and blow into a paper towel until no more juice comes out, and drip 3 more drops. I find the flavor to be good. Especially nice as you are trying out different flavors.

Definitely do some reading and ask questions if you are confused about something.

ROTFLOL - you should bookmark your post, so in a month when you're drooling over
a vari-v mod or three, and LR attys with drip tips, and , and.......

It does get much easier quite quickly, just keep reading.
You'll be as hooked as the rest of us.

save that "blank" cartridge in case you want to try "dripping" or a cart mod like the "ptb" which works great.
